Terms and Conditions

  1. Campaign Duration:
    • The campaign will run from February 21, 2025 - Chaand Raat (Eid ul Fitr).
    • Only transactions made during this period will be considered for the lucky draw.
  2. Lucky Draw Eligibility & Details:
    • To enter the lucky draw, participants must spend a minimum of PKR 5,000 using their PayPak card at any Imtiaz outlet.
    • The lucky draw is open to all PayPak cardholders. Only successful transactions will be eligible for lucky draw
    • Winners will be contacted by their respective banks, for prize distribution.
    • Winners will have to present their original CNIC for collection of gift within 30 days of winner announcements. 
    • All applicable taxes will be borne by the cardholder.
  3. Surprise Gifting:
    • Surprise gifts will be available on select days at specific Imtiaz outlets of Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad only. 
    • To receive a surprise gift, customers must present their PayPak card, at the designated outlet on the day of gifting.
    • No minimum spend is required for surprise gifts.
    • Gifts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  4. General Terms:
    • The campaign applies only to in-store transactions at Imtiaz outlets.
    • PayPak and Imtiaz reserve the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
    • In case of any disputes, the decision of PayPak and Imtiaz will be final.
    • Only one prize can be won per participant, in surprise gifts as well as lucky draw.

By participating in this campaign, cardholders agree to these terms and conditions. Spend Rs. 5,000 or more during the campaign period (February 21 – Chaand Raat (Eid ul Fitr).

FAQs

Entering the lucky draw is easy! Simply shop at any Imtiaz outlet using your PayPak card and make a transaction of PKR 5,000 or more during the campaign period (February 21 – Chaand Raat - Eid ul Fitr). 

The lucky draw is open to all PayPak cardholders. If you have a PayPak card and shop at Imtiaz, you qualify!

The lucky draw will take place in April 2025, and winners will be contacted by their respective banks using the contact details linked to their PayPak card.

If you win, your bank will provide details on how to collect your prize. You may need to present your PayPak card and valid identification for verification.

Surprise gifts will be available on select days at specific Imtiaz Stores. To receive a surprise gift, simply present your PayPak card at the designated outlet on the gifting day—no purchase required!

Each customer can claim only one surprise gift during the campaign. Gifts are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at selected Imtiaz outlets on designated days.

No, only in-store transactions at Imtiaz outlets are eligible for the lucky draw.

Yes! Every PKR 5,000 or more transaction with your PayPak card gives you another entry, increasing your chances of winning.

No, prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winning PayPak cardholder.

Yes, winners must claim their prizes within the timeline communicated by their bank. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture.

If you return an item that brings your transaction below PKR 5,000, your lucky draw entry may be disqualified.

Yes! As long as you make a qualifying transaction with your PayPak card during the campaign period, you are eligible.
